This is a patient from Birmingham, AL who underwent a rhinoplasty (nose job) by another surgeon quite some time ago. Over the years, her nasal tip has become more pinched and twisted, with the right nostril severely retracted upward. She has also come to notice some irregularities on the bridge of her nose that she can feel with her finger. After contemplating repairing the issues that bothered her from her first rhinoplasty, she decided to travel to the Augusta and Evans, GA area to see Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Achih H. Chen for her revision rhinoplasty (nose job). She initially met Dr. Chen through a Virtual Consultation on the telephone to discuss her concerns and goals. She had emailed her photographs to Dr. Chen prior to their telephone consultation. She traveled to Georgia one day prior to her revision rhinoplasty to meet Dr. Chen in person so that he could examine her anatomy and review her the surgical goals.

Details: View 1 Before and After photos were taken by the patient herself in which the post-op photo was taken 13 days following her surgery. All the remaining views were taken at 8 days post-op.
