This 60 year old patient was bothered by the puffiness that had developed under her eyes. She was also bothered by the hollowness that had become quite prominent just below her lower eyelids. Augusta and Evans, GA - area Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Achih H. Unlike traditional lower eyelid surgery, in fat-repositioning lower eyelid surgery, the fat that forms the "bags" in the lower eyelids is not removed, but instead, is repositioned to fill the hollow that often develops with time in the lower eyelid region (red arrows in first set of photos)
