This is a 54 year old out-of-town patient who traveled to the Augusta and Evans, GA area to see Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Achih H. Chen. She felt that, over time, she had lost her jaw and neckline. During her consultation to discuss her concerns  and goals, Dr. Chen also noted that her chin was slightly underprojected or small, undergoing a chin implant or chin augmentation during her facelift would significantly improve her neckline. She elected to undergo an updated deep plane facelift technique, the Total Lift with chin implant by Dr. Chen at the Georgia Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, also serving Aiken, SC and beyond.
