This is a 60 year old woman who had significant weight loss resulting in jowls forming along her jawline, excess skin in her neck and loss of volume in her mid-face (cheeks). She also noticed, with aging, her skin had developed a cobblestone-like texture with lines forming around her mouth. She wanted a more complete, but natural appearing, facial rejuvenation to address her concerns. Following meeting with Augusta and Evans, GA-based Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Achih H. Details: Instead of the conventional lift and tighten mid-facelift procedure to address the aging mid-face, Dr. Chen strongly feels that restoring lost volume in the mid-face creates a much more natural and youth rejuvenation (red arrows in View 5).
