Desiring to turn back the facial aging clock as much as possible, while still looking natural, this patient underwent three procedures that together form the Total Face® Rejuvenation. To smooth her neck and jawline, she underwent an updated deep plane facelift and necklift technique, the Total Lift®. To address her mid-face, the area of the face between the corners of the eyes and the corners of the mouth, she underwent the Total VolumeLift®, a technique to restore the youthful volume. Traditionally, the aging mid-face was treated with the mid-facelift, a lifting and tightening procedure, but this flattens and widens the mid-face, creating an unnatural appearance. Finally, to address her skin texture that has developed many fine lines and a cobblestoning, she underwent a full face laser skin resurfacing technique, the Total LaserSmooth®. Her procedures were performed by Evans and Augusta, GA - based Facial Plastic Surgeon and the developer of the Total Face® Rejuvenation, Dr. Achih H. Chen.
