This is a 31 year old woman who wanted to decrease the upward retraction of her nostrils, expecially in profile, rotate her nasal tip upward, and slightly reduce the height of her bridge. She underwent rhinoplasty (nose job) by Augusta and Evans, GA area Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Achih H. Chen to address her concerns. Her rhinoplasty was performed at the Georgia Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, also serving Aiken, SC.
