This is a 55 year old woman from southwest Georgia who underwent rhinoplasty (nose job) in her twenties by another surgeon. Over time, she noticed worsening bumpiness and irregularities on her nasal bridge. She also noticed that her nose was crooked with a C-shape. She traveled to the August and Evans GA area where she underwent revision rhinoplasty by Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Achih H. Chen, to address her concerns. Her procedure was performed at the Georgia Center, also serving Aiken, SC and beyond. As she had more than a four hour drive to visit Dr. Chen, her post operative photographs were taken at only 13 days post-op. The rest of her post-op follow up visits were arranged by telemedicine, as many of Dr. Chen's out-of-town patients choose to do. In this patient's case, longer term follow up care was managed by telephone and photographs via text message.
