This is a woman who felt that she had lost her neckline and jawline over time. She was especially bothered by the "waddle" that had formed under her chin and in her neck area. After consulting with Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Achih H. Chen, she decided to undergo the Total Lift, an updated deep plane facelift and necklift procedure. She also had aggressive neck liposuction and direct fat removal to help her obtain as good of a neckline as possible. Dr. Chen performed her procedure at the Augusta and Evans, GA based Georgia Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, also serving Aiken, SC.
