This is a very healthy, active 83 year old woman who had previously undergone facelift surgery by another practice when she was 60. Over the following decades, she developed a cobblestone texture and pigment irregularities on her skin, jowling of her jawline and excess neck skin. Additionally, although she had a small or underprojected chin, it was not as much of an issue when she was younger. Chen. To rejuvenate and smooth the texture of her skin, she underwent the laser skin resurfacing techinque, the Total LaserSmooth®. To further enhance her results, she had a chin implant to her neck appear longer and her jawline smoother. Her skin is still pink from her laser skin resurfacing procedure as the post-operative photos were taken at 3 weeks. Her pinkness will completely resolve.
